A winter holiday is not just played out on the ski pistes or on the Mölltal Glacier, you can also takes things a little easier. Follow our tacks on a snow-shoe hike and observe animals in their natural habitats. All ages have fun here while tobogganing and ice-skating, meanwhile anyone who has had plenty of schnapps, might want to have a go at a curling tournament.

Experience in the snow for young and old
The Schneeerlebnisland Flattach offers everything the youngest among us could wish for in winter. Whether with skis, snowboard, bob, twin-tips or toboggan – fun in the snow is guaranteed in the Schneeerlebnisland. Pipes, tabels, slide boxes or jumps – freestylers will certainly not get bored here. For beginners, the practice area is perfect and it’s a great place to learn skiing.

For those who haven’t had enough during the day, night skiing is a great way to let off steam on the slopes once again. Skiing by floodlight is a special experience!
Fun on the ice
Would you like to do a few laps on the blank ice? Ice skating is one of the oldest winter pleasures of all. On the small but nice ice skating rink at the Schneeerlebnisland little ice princesses and big skaters can do their laps under the open sky. The use of the ice rink is free of charge. So nothing stands in the way of beautiful pirouettes or exciting ice hockey tournaments.
On the sled – ready – go!
Do you like to have a little tobogganing fun in between? Whether with toboggan, sliding blade or Zipflbob you can whizz down the hill in the Schneeerlebnisland. During the run, we will of course be considerate of other people on the slopes. Zipflbob’s are provided free of charge in the Schneeerlebnisland

can be rented from local sports stores.
Winteradventure in Flattach
Snow-shoe hiking in fantastic natural surroundings
How does this sound: “We met as night fell, clipped on our head torches and stomped through the crystal clear night in our snow-shoes. The moon was shining, the snow crunching and we could hear nothing, only the stillness of the wintery natural surroundings. At the end of our tour we warmed ourselves with a hot tea by the campfire …” Register in advance and take part in a guided snow shoe tour. Those who prefer to explore the superb natural surroundings during the day can of course head out in daylight too – there are plenty of snow-shoe tours around Flattach in Mölltal!
Tobogganing – Fun for all the family
Tobogganing fun for all ages is the order of the day at the foot of the Mölltal Glacier, or to be more precise, in the Flattach district of Innerfragant. The Haselstein toboggan run is located here, which, on a length spanning 1.3 km and floodlighting, provides plenty of tobogganing fun right into the night. You want to go tobogganing, we take care of your transfer. Every day and on request, be collected from your accommodation at 7:30 p.m. for € 15.- per person. You then head to the start of the toboggan run and the speedy floodlit fun can begin. Toboggan hire, transfer and a hot drink are included in the price, which means nothing stands in the way of the all the family having fun.
